If you visit a listing site

A listing site is run by the real estate agent named on it. We count visits so the agent knows the site is being seen; that count is not tied to you.

While you look around, the site also notes which photos you look at. It keeps that under a random number stored on your phone, never your name or your IP address, and the agent can’t see it. If you never give the agent your name, it stays that way and is deleted after 30 days. Once you give the agent your name on that phone (by signing in at their open house, messaging them or asking for a showing on the site, or signing in to an account connected to them), the agent can see which photos and rooms you looked at on their listings.

If you message the agent, ask for a showing, or request updates, we pass what you typed (your name, your contact details, your message) to that agent and keep a copy so they can reply. If you sign in to save designs or scenarios, we keep them under your email.

If you sign in at an open house

You give your name, a phone number or email, and your home address, and you tick a box saying the agent may contact you about your home’s value. We use the address to look up public property records and recent nearby sales, prepare an estimated value for you, and send the agent a briefing so they can talk to you sensibly. Contact details from that lookup are shown to the agent with any do-not-call flags that come with them.

If an agent sends you a home value

The link is yours alone. We record that it was opened, when, for how long, and which sections were viewed, and we show that to the agent who sent it. Every email from an agent through Flexii has an unsubscribe link; using it stops all further email from that agent through Flexii.

Where the property information comes from

Home facts and ownership come from public property records and licensed property-data services. Home values are estimates from recent comparable sales. We do not use, show, or let our software reason about anyone’s age, sex, race, ethnicity, religion, family status, or marital status, even where a data source includes them.

If you are an agent

Your account holds your name, brokerage, contact details, headshot, logo, office address, and what you do in the app. Leads, messages, and visitors belong to you and can be exported at any time. We keep a log of paid lookups you make, with their cost, so the app can honour your daily cap.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell personal information.
• We don’t show ads or run ad networks on listing sites. An agent may add their own analytics pixel to their sites; that is theirs.
• We don’t send text messages on anyone’s behalf. Texts come from the agent’s own phone.
