In short
- Flexii is free for licensed real estate agents, with no referral asked or expected. Using it means you agree to these terms.
- What you put in, and your leads, stay yours. Export them any time.
- You choose whom to contact, and follow the law when you do. Texts are yours: Flexii never sends one.
- Values are estimates. A paid lookup shows its price before you confirm.
Your account
You are responsible for what is done under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. One account per person.
Your listings and your leads
What you put in (listings, photos, your details) stays yours. Leads, messages, visitors, and lists you build are yours and can be exported at any time. You give us permission to display and process them so the product works.
Contacting people
You are responsible for following the law when you contact homeowners and buyers, including do-not-call rules, fair-housing law, and email rules. Flexii shows do-not-call flags and requires your postal address on email so you can comply, but the choice to contact someone is yours. Flexii never sends a text message: a text opens on your own phone and is sent by you, and you are responsible for its compliance, including consent and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Free, with nothing expected
Flexii’s tools are free to every licensed agent. Using them never requires, tracks or expects a referral to any lender or other service, and nothing in Flexii is offered in exchange for one.
Estimates
Home values are estimates from comparable sales, not appraisals. Property facts come from public records and data services and can be out of date. Check anything you rely on.
Paid lookups
Some lookups cost money and say so before you confirm. Flexii tracks them against a daily cap. Prices can change and will be shown before you spend.
What we may do
We may change or end features, and suspend accounts that break these terms or the law. We will give reasonable notice where we can.
Liability
Flexii is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, RenoFlex is not liable for losses that come from using it, including decisions made from estimates or records it shows.
